The apartment was clean and well-equipped, but the location was a bit of a surprise—close to the red-light district. Nevertheless, it was quiet and safe, and communication with the host was friendly and uncomplicated. Okay for a short stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment on Goethestrasse was modernly furnished, and everything was clean. The self-check-in was particularly convenient. The area is central, with quick access to the harbor and restaurants. A small deduction was made for the difficulty in finding a parking space.

All our apartments have been completely renovated and are equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Standard amenities include: Free Wi-Fi throughout, Smart TV with streaming functionality (including Fire TV Stick), Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and cooking utensils, Underfloor heating in all rooms (depending on the accommodation), Comfortable beds with bed linen and towels included, Modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower, Contactless 24/7 check-in via key box, Triple-glazed windows for sound and heat insulation, Access to a shared garden or private terrace (depending on the apartment).

Is there parking available at the accommodations?
Yes, public parking is available near our accommodations. Parking is generally easy to find, but availability may be limited during peak times. Tip: Parking is free in the surrounding streets, and all apartments are within a few minutes' walk.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM via contactless self-check-in with a key box, allowing you to arrive whenever it suits you. Check-out is by 11:00 AM, or later by arrangement.

Are our apartments also suitable for families?
Yes, our accommodations are designed for families. Please note that some of our accommodations are located near the local red-light district; we will indicate this in the respective descriptions (only applies to our apartments on Jahnstrasse). However, the surroundings are always quiet, safe, and well-maintained, and many of our guests—including families—feel very comfortable there.
